ROLE: Event Producer + Vendor Management

LOCATION: Austin, TX

During my 2.5 year tenure producing events at WeWork in Austin, together with the global events team I lead the Austin Community team in successfully producing 25 in-house events (panels, happy hours, and fitness classes) in collaboration with partners ranging from WPEngine, Vice/La Reyna in collaboration with Robert Rodriguez, Variety's "Long Shot" panel with Charlize Theron, Seth Rogan, and director Jonathan Levine, Francis Ford Coppola Winery Happy Hour Hosted by Robert Schwartzman Utopia, WeWork Labs, Patron, and The Washington Post over 10 days, celebrating the convergence of interactive, film, and music industries. We welcomed 3,200+ attendees to WeWork Congress (downtown Austin), collected 1,984 total inquiries and created 728 leads, and assisted with 4 @WeWork Instagram stories culminating over 50k views.
